Visitor Services Co-Ordinator - Commercial Activities for Caithness Horizons in Thurso. My post involves many aspects from managing our Museum Gift Shop to organising Events and functions to assisting with our Young Curator's Club. Relatively new to the museum world after taking a career jump 7 years ago from the telecommunications industry.

Interests include: Traditional/Contemporary Crafts, Museums, Sustainable Development and Vikings!

Caithness Horizons is an Museum Galleries Scotland accredited Museum and Visit Scotland five star visitor attraction.

Caithness Horizons houses a permanent collection that tells the story of the county of Caithness from 416 million years ago to the present day including the Picts, the Vikings and the history of the Dounreay Nuclear Research Establishment.
